Hosting
This website and the enquiry form run on sitebin.io, a hosting service operated by IT-Trail GmbH itself. The servers are provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany) in the EU; Hetzner processes data only on our behalf.
Server logs
When you visit the site, our web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested address, browser identifier) to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Visitor statistics
To see which pages are read, we use Umami on a server of IT-Trail GmbH (umami.ittrail.cloud) in the EU. Umami sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses; it only records anonymous information such as the page visited, the referring page, browser, operating system, device type and country. It is not possible to identify you as a person. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a clear and well-functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Enquiry form and email
If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, contact details, company, content of your enquiry) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is submitted via our form service on sitebin.io, which forwards your details to us by email. We do not pass this data on to third parties and do not use it for newsletters. If no contract results, we delete the enquiry after 12 months at the latest; if a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply.
